LIST is Luxembourg’s national research and technology organisation. LIST works in collaboration with RTOs, universities, large industrial groups, SMEs, public bodies, etc, across the entire innovation chain:
•    Fundamental and applied scientific research, knowledge and competences development;
•    Experimental development, incubation and transfer of new technologies, competences, products, and services;
•    Scientific policy support to the Luxembourg government, businesses and society in general.
•    Doctoral and post-doctoral training, in partnership with universities.

The work in TARGET is being undertaken within the e-Science research Unit of ERIN
(Environmental Research and Innovation) Department
. ERIN brings together around 170 life, environmental and IT scientists and engineers.
The TARGET team at LIST brings together researchers with backgrounds in augmented reality, human-computer interaction, computer graphics, sensor technologies, data analytics and distributed systems. This interdisciplinary team is ideally placed to tackle the various civil protection topics faced within the TARGET project.
